Axe of despair is good for any deck since it adds a monster by 1000 atk points, you can add a swift gaia if you want. One of the things you should do is putting buster blader in you side deck and use it only when you fight a dragon deck. Also you may want to add some equip spell card to boost your monsters atk points such a Axe of despair, or even lightning Blade.  I almost forgot also you should use 1 brain control.

I would rate it 7/10 since you deck is very defensive.
