Rate my workout routine!!!!! pls!?

this is my full body workout..i did it my own is this good or to much?? 3 times a week (rest, workout,rest, etc..) and 2 days of rest (saturday and sunday)

Bench press

Dumbell Fly

(shoulders)

dumbell shoulderpress

(back)

lat pulldowns

seated row

(biceps)

preacher curls

(triceps)

tricep pulldowns

bench dips

(abs)

crunches

decline crounches

some other machine

(legs)

leg extensions

leg curls

(calves)

donkey calf

  1. that's good but make sure you increase the reps and sets every week or so.
