The deck is alright.  Not the best deck, but it'll win ya some duels here and there.

One thing I see that really sticks out like a sore thumb is having 3 Sinister Sprocket in there and not having any Dark Synchro Monsters.  I suggest adding 2 or 3 Red Archfiend Dragon as he is a Dark Monster.  If you don't have him then you need to replace the Sprockets with much better cards like Krebons or Jutte Fighter.  I also suggest adding 1 or 2 more Tuner monsters to this deck as having only 3 might not help.
