good id give like 7/10 but you need more toon cards try get copies and toon spells and traps and take out the roid monster and monarchs and base the deck of toon cards

add like 2-3 copies of each toon monster you put in  ive been playing for 4 years and i know a good deck when i see one so take my advice and you'll be a great toon duelist
