Rate ny Fantasy Football Team?

Question

It is a 10 man league with 16 players, Starers are 1QB, 1 or 2 RB,

2 or 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF.

My Starters

QB - Brett Farve

RB - Frank Gore and Brandon Jacobs

WR - Randy Moss and Lavernious Coles

TE Heath Miller

K- Nick Folk

Def- Dallas

Bench

QB- John Kitna and Jeff Garcia

RB- Rudi Johnson

WR- Santonio Homes and Patrick Crayton

TE- Ben Watso

K Niel Rackers

DEF- Steelers

Sorry but I don't think that your team is that great.  First off you don't have a great QB unless Favre has another good season like last year your QBs won't get the job done.  Your fist 2 RBS are solid and i think Gore is going to be great this year, but Rudi Johnson is not a great backup.  The WRs are OK because you have Randy Moss but the others are just average except Holmes because i think Holmes will have a breakout year with Hines Ward's role declining.  Your TEs aren't bad and neither are your Kickers or D/ST.  I would try to get either a better QB or another RB if i had this team.  Overall i'd give tis team a 6/10.

I'd drop one of your kickers or defenses and go get another RB, maybe a handcuff for Jacobs with his injury potential. You don't have much depth there....

QBS- Wow you got some good ol QBS. I like that you have 3 qbs. Gives you a chance to play matchups with ok QBS and if Farve goes down, you have options.

RB- Dont like your RBS. Jacobs has too many guys wanting his job and he gets hurt the way he runs. YOur only back up is Rudi, and Rudi is on his way out in Cinn. he may be done. You can keep an eye on that and pick up Perry or Watson, whoever gets the nod.

WR- I think you will use Holmes ot Crayton over Coles. Coles has not played much and Farve likes Cotchery so far. You are good here.

TE- Good Tes and you have a good plug in. You have two TEs that I really like for this year.

Your Rb are the only issue that I see, and if you can get away with just starting 1, I think you have a very good team. 8 out of 10

Drop the extra kicker, you only need one.  Even the best kickers are only one or two points a week better than the average ones.  Same with defenses.  I'm not crazy about keeping two tight ends but you can.  QB situation isn't great but you can play matchups.  Same with the RB situation, consider starting 3 WR instead of 2 RB.  Don't over-value RBs this year.  Jacobs will most likely be in a split carries situation and no one knows what Johnson will be doing.  Your wide receivers are the strength of your team, so start 3.  Better to start 3 WR that will be playing all of the time than 2 RB, one of which will be splitting carries.
