I like your style of deck. First, Foolish Burial got Semi-Limited to 2. I don't think you have enough resurrection in this deck for Card of Safe Return. If you want to keep it, you can. I would suggest Limit Reverse. All you need in Yubel in your grave and Limit Reverse on your field. During the opponent's turn, use Limit Reverse. Then on your turn, put Yubel into defense position. It will be destroyed, and you can summon Terror Incarnate. Also, you could try out Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys. With Terror Incarnate nd Phoenix in play, every standby phase you have has a Heavy Storm, and every one of your end phases has a Dark Hole that kills everything except Terror. I'm not sure why you have Dark Ruler Ha Des in the deck. I was thinking using the card Legendary Fiend in the deck. It is a Level 5 DARK Zombie. It has 2000 ATK/1400 DEF and allows you to pick the opponent's attack targets. Meaning, anytime the opponent attacks, you can force that attack to attack a "Yubel" monster instead. I think you have a very good Yubel deck. Just watch out for these cards:

-Rainbow Veil

-Getsu Fuhma

-Angel 07

-Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror

Also, Rock decks will pose a problem, as they can bounce the first form or last form of Yubel back to your hand without consequences. Build a side-deck to beat those cards.

As of right now, I can't rate this deck because of the extra Foolish Burial. Ithink after some corrections, it would be an 8.5/10. However, I never give decks 10 because all decks have weknesses and they rarely have enough support cards to defeat all the weaknesses.

good deck 9/10 but defens seems to be too big of a weekness in this deck biuld up on some deffens then i'll be better!! V! :D

its a pretty good yubel deck  why do you have swing of memories non of your monster are normal i recomend you have a Sakuretsu Armor  in that and also  a torrential

pretty good but need to add 4 star 1900 atk mon and trap cards like draining sheild, negate attack.
