  1. (1) ROCKY MARCIANO

    (2) MUHAMMAD ALI

    (3) JACK DEMPSEY

    (4) JOE LOUIS

    (5) GEORGE FOREMAN

    (6) JACK JOHNSON

Marciano is undefeated were as the rest lost so therefore they can't be the best and he must be. What Rocky lacked as a boxer he made up for with grit, determination, power and heart making him the perfect fighter he was unbeatable and would sometimes walk through punches in order to land his own.

Ali is second because if you go by just boxing skill alone he is miles better than any heavyweight who ever lived. He fought in  the toughest era of boxing and very rarely was his opponents  able to get the better of him, he beat the likes of Foreman Frazier 2-1 and Norton 2-1

Dempsey would be third because he was basically the same as Rocky and would was able to give Tunney who was a top 13 heavyweight of all time himself 2 good fights despite he was miles past his prime and would have beaten him had it not been for the idiot referee.

Louis was an incredible boxer/puncher who could do both he had quick and powerful hands and was able to use this to keep his title for so long. That being said he still holds the record today for the longest title run. He was idolized by a lot of people including his 3 biggest opponents Marciano,Walcott and Charles.

Foreman was the man who many believe had he fought in any other era apart from the Ali one he could of retired undefeated and no doubt about it he would of stood a very good chance He will be remembered for his loss to Ali and his destruction over Joe Frazier in 2 rounds. Many experts would stick Frazier in the top 8 heavyweights of all time.

Johnson in my opinion is overrated by black people because he was the first black man to win the heavyweight title. He beat a very old Jeffries which took him 15 rounds to do. All i can say is had Jeffries been in his prime he would of obliterated him easier than what Foreman did to Frazier.

  2. Cassius then george chuck the rest in a hat. the only reason cassius before george he was drugged.

  3. #1 Ali- slight edge over Louis, due to his chin and Joe's

         problems with Billy Conn's speed.

#2 Louis - dominate in a very competitive era

#3 Marciano-face to face with Foreman would have been

tough due to the size & strenght advantage but if he got

past the first 5 rds he'd beat George.

    #4 Jack Johnson edges Foreman

#5 Foreman's endurance was his weakness, or he may have

         been more dominate.

#6 Dempsey - vicious but much smaller than everyone except

         Marciano. But Rocky was undefeated.
