I like Natasha but don't really care for the other two.  What about Nicolette instead of Nicola?  Natasha and Nicolette sound good together.

Monique - 1/10 (Sounds like a name of a stripper who hails from a trailer park. Not classy AT ALL.)

Nicola - 6/10 (Pretty, a nice alternative to the ho-hum Nicole.)

Natasha - 7/10 (Love this!)

I prefer Monica to Monique.  

I love Nicola and Natasha (Nikki and Tasha are nice nicknames).  I also like Nicole.  I'm not a fan of twins whose names start with the same letter but the nicknames starting with different letters makes it less cutsy.

I like Nicola and Natasha. i usually don't like twin names that start with the same letter, but since these two are so different, and not matchy-matchy, i like them together. they are pretty names. congratulations.

I think they're all beautiful names. Personally I would pick for my first child Natasha, then Monique and then Nicola (if you get 3 girls). That's my opinion though.
