Take all the information from all three and have a custom wordpress blog built in a keyword rich domain name and write in it everyday, 250-300 keyword rich posts.

the first one looks good. i guess, you will add more info and it will become good. The second two are quite simple and their look/feel is less professional compared to the first one.
