All the cards in this deck serve a purpose.

D.D. Crow/ This card works with a lot of cards in the meta game right now. If you want to dump your JD into the grave and reincarnation him. Getting rid of pesky old men like Grandmaster. Maybe even wasting your Monster Reborn or Premature Burial.

Prime Material Dragon/ Protection. That is basically why he is here. Straight up protection of any of my monsters. Plus a 2400 ATK is pretty hard to beat now.

Royal Oppression/ Not only the theme of the deck but seriously all i need to do is tribute summon here and there not a whole lot of special summoning going on on my side of the field.

Treeborn frog is the only questionable card in here in my opinion. But when you have an ultimate rare frog in your binder. How could you go wrong????

you should try replacind the dekochis's withe gravekeepers gaurds and add 1 more spy in. then think about adding a double summon.

most importently read dekochis effact. it says to draw a card for each bokochi the frighning train

and also, if people tell u to get cyber dragons, since ur trying to run a allure and crash card, put in evil hero infernal prodigy. with that try to make room for an evil hero malicious

since you only have 4 monarchs, try compulsory evacuation device so you could reuse them

and take out some traps and put in some royal decrees

and also try wicked worm beast for prime matireal and snip hunter

Very nice. I would replace a couple of monsters with some Cyber Dragons, only because you need to generate a little more tribute food, especially if your opponent uses Nobleman on your Spies. I would remove at least one Prime Material Dragon and Snipe Hunter for these, you'll have enough removal between Caius and Raiza that Snipe will just end up eating your card advantage. Also, try adding one more Spy.
