Watsup i also run a Dak World Deck. You have a good deck but their is no need for Reign-Beaux because it can't be summoned unless your OPPONENT discards it. Also Raviel and Dark Necrofear arent necessarily needed In my Dark World I replaced them with Dark Magician of Chaos and Card Trooper because they help the deck run faster anf get monsters into the grave . For spells I wouldn't have Hand Destruction because you can't summon because it's a cost to discard 2.  Also if you didn't know you can't get Dark World monsters with lightning vortex.

This is my personal Dark World Deck. If you use this deck you will realize it runs something like lightsworn and swarms like six samuria's.  Also if you want as for August 15th your side deck can any amount of cards 15 and below so I would side deck some D.D. Crows and maybe royal decrees
