Rb- Rashard Mendenhall

QB: 10 - he will be great this year. top3 quarterback

RBs: 7.0 - Clinton portis is a low-end #1 rb, while lendale white is a mere #2 rb. but you do have mcfadden on the bench which is a nice saftey net as well as a good filler for BYE weeks.

WRs: 7.0 - Santonio Holmes will have a huge year. big ben is getting back on track and holmes has explosive speed for large gains. he will most likely average over 15 yards per catch. also, keep in mind that this is his third year, which is usually a breakout year for studs. as for curtis, he's a low-end #2 wide out.

TE: 8.5 - Shockey will be a top5 tight end this years b/c he has something to prove. just pray that he stays healthy. you might wanna find a good backup just in case

K: 10 - one the best kickers you can have

DEF: 10 - seattle is 2nd only to the chargers IMHO.

14 men leagues are really hard. you should definitely make the playoffs. thats my only guarantee though

becuz its a 14 team league your not gonna have the best players so ill give u an 8.. u can probably get a better def but crosby is good.. starters are pretty solid..

I'd rate it an 8, the problem is your WR's they're pretty weak especially Kevin Curtis.

At least this is a 14 team league.  Relying on rookie backup RBs is scary.  If this is a keeper league then having McFadden and Mendenhall is a good thing.  Yeah, I would look for a better backup QB too off the waiver wire.  I like Hackett as a backup.  Starting WRs are a bit weak too.
