Rate this magic deck im starting?

im starting a magic deck with basically flying creatures and these are the ones i have so far with the lands required to summon them and its not all the lands i have just 4 samples of them. just so u know im new to thos game and i DO NOT plane to enter international duels with this deck when its complete

dust elementals' are practically useless. there are much better cards you can use in its place. stonecloakers arent really nessecary in these kind of flying based decks, because they are usually used as the main focus. take out faerie macabre and oonas gatewarden if u only have one of each, because like it or not doubles are essential... you know what. this is not a good deck. im sorry, but i would reccomend giving up one: because it is a four color deck with no mana modification. Two: there arent enough sorceries, instants and enchantments and whotnot. they help in everything but all green beast decks and others of that sort, and even then they have their place. Three: the porportions of the cards are very out of whack. you need to asses what cards are essential to your decks focus, which i dont even think you have. Im not trying to be a jerk, again, but ill tell u what. if you REALLY want a good deck basis message me with some desired colors and ill give you a real nice deck list that can easily be built upon as you become more experienced.

Hypnotic Specter is a better flyer for 1bb than the Macabre

You don't need the lancer.  There are a lot of other cards that are better at 3 cmc.

There are better cards out there than the gatewarden.

The best flying deck out right now is a Faerie deck.  It uses a lot of tricks to get stuff into play faster.  Bitterblossom is probably the best flying card out right now.  For 1 life each turn, you put a 1/1 flying Faerie into play.  And don't worry about the 1 life thing.  The only life that matters is the last one.  Every other life is just cosmetic.

If you are new to the game, stick with one color or two colors max.  Any more than that, you are going to run into problems.
