Rate it from 1 - 100... my pokemons are..

Blissey lvl 100 ( Health ) Earthquake-Softboiled-Flamethrower-Blizz...

Jolteon lvl 100 ( Speed ) Thunder-Agility-Thunder wave-Thunderbolt

Regice lvl 100( Special Defence ) Substitute-Ice beam-Earthquake-Hail

Mewtwo lvl 100( Special Attack ) Psychic-Aura sphere-Recover-Psycho cut

Steelix lvl 100( Defence ) Earthquake-Stone edge-Dark pulse-Irontail

Tyranitar lvl 100( Attack ) Earthquake-Thunderbolt-Shadow claw-Focus Punch

I have used long time to make this team, but i think its a VERY good one. rate from 1-100

get rid of the earth quake on blissy cause she dosent have any attack and put in seismic toss aroma theropy thunder wave and soft boiled

Jolteon doesn't need thunder its strong but misses alot

mewtwo should learn me first it steals the move the opponent is going to use and uses it double the power  good from their i give it a 8/10

You sound very good!!  I wish I could battle you in wifi but I'm not entirely sure how well that would work out.  You see, I have a team of level 100s, too, but I don't have a Tyranitar, Mewtwo or Regice, which I REALLY wish I did!!

Yeah, you're right, that's a kick-butt team that will PWN everyone.

That's very very good! but I can suggest some changes (but only with moves so don't worry)

Blissey: Blissey has a Genarally poor attack and special atk so i would suggest replace Earthquake with Sesmic Toss, Flamethrower with Thunder wave and Blizzard with Stealth rock.

Jolteon: very good but get rid of Thunder it has poor Accuracy replace it with Toxic

Regice: Brilliant, thats really great!! good job with him

Mewtwo: Take advantage of Mewtwo's insanely Strong Sp. Atk. and get rid of Phycho Cut, because thats physical and won't do much damage, replace it with Shadow Ball, or Dark Pulse.

Steelix: Replace Dark pulse with Crunch, or Fire Fang.

Tyranitar: I'm not a Fan of Focus punch, because on his first turn someone could get in with a quick Brick Break and kill him, and Tyranitar's Sp. Atk issn't to great so get rid of Thunder Bolt and replace those moves with Stone Edge and Crunch for ultimate STAB moves (Same Type Attack Bonus)

Team is Generally good, but I think you should Drop Stelix for A Dragon Type Pokémon Like Garchomp, Dragonite or Salamence.
