i give it a 4 for effort because you have to many psy  mix it up a lil chose some pokemon with strog attaks and stat boosters  cause honestly my salamence could rip you team to shreds and still want more

No offense but my Luxray would rip your team apart by itself except for lucario, but lucarios are the reason i have an infernape with flare blitz, but I digress. You have too many psychics. Keep Gallade or Gardevoir and get rid of kirlia and ralts they're unevolved and too weak. Try using something good and easy to get like garchomp, infernape, snorlax, staraptor. Right now this team is a 4, sorry. E-mail me for more suggestions.

I would get different pokemon with different types u have too many physic types. They can easly be beaten. Get like a fire, grass, or flying type. But they do have preety good moves though.
