Rates for annual add deals on blogs?

Hya, I've just been offered a deal to promote a site via txt link ads on my blog, where they offer to pay me up front.

What are typical rates for this service, does anyone have any experience with it?

They work out very well. They will pay you just keep up with everything they ask and it will work out well.
