Ratings filter - no way to turn it off?

When I'm on a forum or message board, some threads are always filtered by the ratings filter. I found the setting to change the default ratings filter, but you can't turn it off completely. I want to see all threads, the community ratings are pretty much BS anyway.

Depends on which system you are using.

If you are using Yahoo Messageboards it's pretty easy to do this.

In the top right hand corner of the screen is a link to "Message board settings".

Then select "Do not filter out profanity" under profanity settings, click save and continue and then go to ratings settings and set this to "1 star and above" and click save.

This should mean that you should be able to see absolutely everything on the message board.
