Hey, I'm male, trying to build muscle mass. I was reading up on something online, MAX-OT, if any of you know about it.

For building muscle mass, is this the correct ratio for protein to carbohydrates to fat:

53:37:10?

  1. for that program yes it is when ur bulking on a diff program usually they recoomend 30:50:20 BUT this program is different the way they exercise it builds more lean muscle that way  iguess putting on less fat u know go by what the program says IF ur gonna workout like the program says otherwise stick to the normal
