Rats in Restaurant Dining Room?

Question

I work at a restaurant in New Orleans and they have mice. Once the restaurant is closed and the dining room empties out, mice come out. Last night alone I saw 4. What should I do about this? My fellow employees do not seem to be affected by this. They are used to it, but tell me this; how do you get used to seeing mice. They say that it is New Orleans and that the building is so old that it makes rodent extermination impossible. Are they right, or are they in violation of any health codes?

My suggestion to you is to call the health department and complain.  You dont want the incident I wrote about in the article happening there.

get a cat to kill them off. tell ur employess that thats not healthy cuz mice give off dieses. soo u should do something quick.

h**l  no I could not work there. I wouldn't want people to eat from there. You should talk to your boss about the problem first to get this nasty problem resolved. This is a serious health violation that needs to be address. If he does do anything you can call your local DEHC.
