Rattle noise on a Pontiac 2005 4 door g6

Question

Here's my question: I have a 2005 Pontiac g6 4 door and starting last week when I pressed the gas pedal, I started hearing a rattle sound coming from the front left passenger side of the vehicle. Now, It sounds like metal that's loose and may be coming from the under body. Anybody out there have this same issue?

You could have a loose heat shield for the catalytic converter or for somewhere on the exhaust system.

those cars are the worst rated cars according to consumer reports. i dont own one thank god so i dont have that same issue. find a shop that will check it for free and go from there

Bring it to the dealer....sounds like your car is predetonating.

or it could be a tank of bad gas...
