The Schalke striker has insisted that he is keen on staying at the club but admits that family can influence another decision.
Former Real Madrid striker, Raul Gonzalez, has claimed that his family will decide whether he will stay at the club at the end of the season or not. The attacker has been offered a one-year deal from the German outfit and Raul
has requested for some time to take a decision.
The former Spanish international has been in inspired form this season and has been at the helm of affairs for the club. The player has found the net an impressive 17 times in all competitions for Schalke in the 40 appearances
he has made.

The 34-year old admitted that he has had a good offer from Schalke and he is keen on signing a one-year extension at the club. However, the player admitted that his family would certainly have the final say regarding his future.

Schalke will travel to take on Athletic Bilbao at the San Mames on Thursday, April 5. The away side need to win with a three goal margin to progress to the next round.
