Rave themed party?

Question

For my birthday I wanted to have rave themed party. I'm turning 14, so please no answers about doing drugs, alcohol, et cetera. I would also probably have it at my house. Any ideas for, decorations, activities, food, gift bags, costumes, invitations, and other locations to have the party?

a dj.. with subs preferably or it wont be a rave... glow sticks ... and all rave music

Decorations -

Quick moving fairy lights, sprawled everywhere.. maybe with a setting where it lleaves you in the dark for like 2 seconds.. makingit even cooler.

Activies-

Coolest dance.. like in step up 2..

pass the papeer- likee suck it and kiss the paper, to pass it along..

water catching

Food-

Normal chip and dips.. marsh mallows and strawberrie kebabs.

not too much alchol, its could go wrong.

Gift Bags -

a photo, magnet, keyring, glow stick of the party

Constumes.

traditional ravewear... hotpants, camis, flufy legwarmers, sparklyy tatoos. neon wigs.

Invites.

Stuff a paper inside a balloon with the invites in.. so that the person has to pop it to get the invitee.

Location..

A hall, nightclub..  NOT your house. BELIEVE me. :P
