Ravi Bopara confident of England's performance against India in the ICC World Cup 2011
Ravi Bopara is confident that England will rise to the occasion against the mighty Indian team. Although India have been tipped as favourites to win the World Cup by many, the Poms look forward to stamp their authority in their match against the hosts, which
will be played on Sunday, the 27th of February.

Bopara played an important innings of 30 runs off just 20 balls and remained unbeaten to guide his team to victory. However, the promising all-rounder is likely to sit out in the match against India if his team opts for an additional spinner.
The 25-year-old said, “If I'm playing well in the nets - bowling well, batting well and fielding well I've always got a good chance of being in the side.”
He further added, “The coaches do see your form in the nets and practice games, and sometimes that can be enough to push you forward.”

Bopara claimed that his team had a certain plan going into the match against the hosts. He further stated that the bowlers were well aware of the weaknesses of the Indian batsmen and they will be able to keep them quiet.
