Raw food diet (vegan) & decrease in appetite?

What could this mean? It's my 4th day, and I'm really enjoying the tasty food & how great I feel!! :D Just a bit concerned.

  1. You're probably getting actual nutrients and it's filling you up the correct way. Our appetites sometimes increase when we're filling ourselves with processed junk.


  2. Our bodies cycle naturally. You are now getting REAL foods with MOST of their nutrients. So your body is satisfied with less volume !!!

  3. Raw foods will do you more good than bad.It will increase your appetite. Raw food is a major factor in longevity(long life)

    The earlier one reduces ones cooked food the better because all cooked food is junk! We were never made to originally eat cooked food.So ride on with your raw food. Taste is a habit .

  4. You might no feel hungry just because you are eating so much fiber, which makes you feel full for longer.

  5. That is normal, modern processed food doesn't supply us with all the nutrients our body needs, basically because (and this is my opinion) it is all c**p, your body is now getting a rich diet with all the nutrients it needs so it is satisfied. Thats why people tend to get fat of processed food, they never really feel full up and always want to eat.
