Raw skin secreting liquid?

Question

Today after I got my hair colored, my hairdresser SCRUBBED the back of my neck with a wet towel and now the skin is very raw and secreting some kind of liquid.

What is this called? I tried searching a couple things on Google but just ended up with some stuff about burns.

Is there a way I could get it to stop making this liquid stuff?

I think that you should sleep on your side or belly tonight and put a fan on it.Also try rubbing some lotion for sensitive skin on it.If it's not gone in a day or 2 see a doctor.

That's gross.  I believe it is a form of an ancient Indian burn.  It is a primitive form of torture for suspected criminals.  Was he an Indian?  Did you do something to make him think you're a criminal?  I would try an aloe rub and a steady breeze from a fan while you sleep.  According to my intuitions it will be gone in 48 hours.
