  1. A raw vegan diet is a great idea! I personally have played around with it, and here is what I found worked good for me.

Breakfast : all fruit smoothie ( so, mixing up a banana, orange, pineapple, and maybe a little juice)

with, more fruit! Fruit in the best source for minerals, so keep eating it! According to " Fit For Life" Fruit passes through your body the easiest in the morning!

lunch: Salad! But don't worry, there is no need for it to be boring (and lets face it, s****). Lots of dark leafy greens, with other things like carrots, corn, onions, tomatoes, peppers, radish, and the list goes on! Make a great dressing, ( like using raw cashews and spices to make "ranch" dressing) Sprouts are a great option too, since you will be omitting cooked grains. Things that can be sprouted would be, beans, wheat, alfalfa, corn, and grains.

dinner: Who doesn't like spaghetti? With yummy raw pesto, or marinara, and using a zuchinne or squash for the noodles.

Raw snacks might include raw nuts, larabars, and of course dessert!

A raw desert might be something like a key lime tart, or chocolate mouse pie.

I recommend getting a book like, "Raw food made easy: For One Or Two People"

    Have fun with raw foods!

  2. if your considering being a vegan, be careful,

as vegan diets lack in levels of calcium, iodine, vitamin B12 and vitamin D. Therefore vegans are encouraged to plan their diet and take dietary supplements.

It is extremely good for your health though, and lowers the risk of colon cancer, heart attack, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, prostate cancer, and stroke.

If you are going to be a vegan, bare in mind that's things such as meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, dairy products, honey, fur, leather, wool, and silk, gelatin, lanolin, rennet, whey, casein, beeswax, isinglass and shellac are out of the question.

The term "animal product" in a vegan context refers to any material derived from animals for human use.

Various fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains are some basic ingredients of a vegan diet.

things that vegans eat are stuff like Vegetable Pie, Stuffed Marrow Rings, Pizza, (without cheese of course) Mushroom Pie, Mushroom and Bean Chili, Vegetable Plait, Salad, Vanilla,

there is alot you can eat, it is quite varied though.
