I haven't bought one yet but I have researched it and everyone recommends the Excalibur. I have read that from several of my Raw books. In fact, the authors go out of the way to say that other dehydrators are not even worth trying. Hope this helps.

Excalibur is the best, but I couldn't afford one.  Mine is a Nesco by American Harvest.  It works well and was very reasonably priced. (Around $70)
