  1. What in the h**l is a rawfoodist?  This word is totally asinine.

Health:  I used to be 100 pounds overweight.  I needed to do something.  All the nutrition books I read were saying how good for the health it is to add raw foods to the diet.  So I went all the way.  I'm at my normal weight, I have tons of energy, I only sleep 6 hours a night and I'm fully rested.  I used to sleep 12 hours+ naps.  

    The hardest thing was to keep doing it after I lost the weight.  I wanted to have junk food so bad.  But When I ate my first burger in a year, OMG I puked.  It tasted awful.

    The hard part is not giving into temptations because we are bombarded by advertising everywhere.

    When your gonna be ready about being serious about it, do it when you feel at peace with yourself.  You might want to diminish contact with others, spend more time meditating!

  4. I eat gazpacho every day. It is a cold soup traditionally from Spain. It is made from tomatoes, red peppers, onions, garlic, olive oil & bread. It is liquidised raw and it is wonderful. It is also very healthy.

    In rural Spain gazpacho is a drink. It is watered down and served with ice.
