VC is inconsistent and w/o Kidd who is a much better playmaker than Devin, it reduces VC's chance to make it in 3 years. T-mac is always injured. It'll be hard for him. Allen, Pierce, and Nowitzki have the best chance of scoring 20,000 in 3 years.

This is how I'll rank the race for 20,000:

1. Ray Allen - closest to 20k

2. Nowitzki - the Kidd trade improved his offense

3. Pierce - has more ease because they also have to defend Garnett and Allen

4. Carter - though inconsistent, he may be able to step it up next season, or maybe, at least, he doesn't get injured as much as mcgrady does

5. mcgrady - always injured
