Rayvin Again hot favourite for Bedford Road Standard Dup
Rayvin Again has been rated as hot favourite for the Bedford Road Standard Dup at Henlow in England on Thursday, May 31, 2012. The winner of the Grade OR event will walk away with a cash prize of £150.
The 460 metres flat race is scheduled to start at 20:30 GMT and following runners will be taking part in it: Rayvin Again, Ferryforth Paul, Loughside Jack, Listen To This, Salacres Vision and Dods Little Gem.
Considering the form and experience of Rayvin Again, the bookies have awarded him with the best odds for this race. This seems to be a good decision, as he is a quality performer and will not allow anyone else to dominate him. The punters are also expected
to place the maximum number of bets in his favour today.
The S. Cahill’s trainee is a regular in this class and is fully aware of how to tackle pressure situations. His rivals in the race do not seem to be in good touch at the moment, which indicates that he will walk away with a comfortable win.
The black dog has won just once out of his previous five outings, but that does not matter much, as his overall performances in other events have been quite impressive.
In his most recent outing, Rayvin Again was rated as the favourite to win, but he disappointed one and all in the end. He still managed to finish third, which was not a bad result. His start was not impressive back then, but made a strong comeback towards
the end.
If the favourite hound starts well today, no one will be able to come anywhere closer to him. He is the son of College Causeway out of Droopys Jackie and was born in December 2009.
On the other hand, Ferryforth Paul is also carrying the winning momentum, thus the bettors will be encouraged to risk a few bets on him today. He has taken part in just one Grade OR event though, which shows his inexperience in this class.
However, the K. Cobbold’s trainee has got a solid chance of challenging Rayvin Again in the race. It will be a big upset, if he manages to outperform him today.
