Wimbledon had a streak of exciting races on 15th May, 2012, which ended well for some and not so pleasantly for others.
The Grade OR Williamhill.com Greyhound Derby 1st 1/4 Final took place at 20:35 GMT and it was dominated by the D. Ruth trained Razldazl Rioga, who used his speed and skill to take the track, and leave the rest of the hounds behind.
The son of Brett Lee, out of Razldazl Pearl, raced with a chance of 5-2, and defeated the C. Lister trained hound, Taylors Sky, by 2 lengths in an impressive 28.48 seconds.
The runner-up, who raced with odds of 9 to 4 finished in 28.64 seconds.
The third place was secured by the race favourite, Razldazl Bugatti, who comes from the same pedigree as the winner.

Droopys Lorenzo, Trewmount Snap and Longwood Hawk finished fourth, fifth and sixth, respectively.
This was the winner’s third consecutive victory at Wimbledon since he previously scored on 12th May, 2012, where he defeated, Mill Maximus, by ¾ of a length in the Grade OR Williamhill.com Greyhound Derby 3rd Rnd Heat 4.
