  1. The RCA scenium was a notoriously defective DLP television. The bulb life is famously short and replacement bulbs are stupidly expensive (600-800 dollars) . The unit it self was cheap but long term value is just not there. Be prepared, chances are whatever is wrong is going to be more expensive to fix than the price you paid for the set itself. Sorry. :(
