Carlton

Thornton have had a great start to the season in defence. Carlton's midfield is starting to gel with Judd & Stevens doing well in Rd1, and Gibbs going great guns after a poor start against Harvey. Forward line looks quiet solid.

Collingwood

One of the best drilled team in the league. Good pick up in Medhurst. If he kicked straight last week it would have been a different story.

If Judd, Stevens and Gibbs fire on the day - Collingwood will find it difficult to stop Carlton.

If Didak, Burns, Rocca, Swan fires - Carlton will be in trouble.

As very tasty game indeed.

I'm not going for obvious reasons, but I'm now thinking of going this Sunday, as I've just found out the Richmond v Collingwood game is not being telecast.  I was all organised to go down to the local to watch it, but found out there will only be a replay on Foxtel at 7.30.   Gggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

it all depends on this weekend i recon which team goes in with the most confidence will win

a fitter judd will help the blues can matchit in the midfield

the pies have the edge up forward more avenues to goal i think

fev would have to kick a bucketload but he can on any given day

Nope not going to that one, as we live in Brissy...

But, we are thinking of travelling down to Sydney to watch Pies V Swans in July... My fiancee supports the Pies...

Last year we flew down to MCG to watch ANZAC Day game, it was great for my partner, but not me, who goes for Essendon... Grr... LOL, we support each others team until they play one another, then its war!! LOL Love it... Neither of us are sore losers either, can you believe that? We just love the game...

no i wouldn't go and watch them two, oops, i did at vfl park years ago, 25 of us young hoodlums jumped the fence with eskys, no one said boo, 70,000 people that day, dont know who won, big tough skinheads we were. i digress, but i am goin this week, cossy and i are meeting up at the 'g' for a beer.
