  1. where is the question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  2. We are all far to busy enjoying ourselves to spend time asking questions about Liverpool, we only come on here to give advice to the increasing numbers of visitors who want advice about Liverpool.

Saturday morning I took the kids to see the Ark Royal berthed at the Pier Head, spent an obscene amount of money at Liverpool One, then watched the Lord mayors parade in the city centre, along with thousands of tourists (loads of Japanese in Liverpool at the moment).

If I was not in work today I would be in town  watching the thousands of tourists on the 110,000 ton cruise ship that has berthed at the pier Head this morning.

I haven't had time to see the Klimt exhibition or the railway painting exhibition or the hundreds of other things that are going on in the city.

    edit

Sorry to hear you are ill Sarah, hope you get well soon. I was gutted to miss Tartuffe at the Playhouse I hear it had rave reviews. Its opening in London soon, so maybe the question asker (who I think is a London Taxi driver) might get a chance to see it and realise the genius that is Roger McGough.

  3. Alright Purple lad, what have you been up to?

Ive just been the gym and i didn't see you hanging round outside.

  4. I'm back out so I will be scaring the c**p out of the muscly scousers.

  5. Neil, I've been to the Railway exhibit at The Walker and it's very good.  Great pieces by Monet, Manet, Hopper and Picasso.  Must get my tickets for Klimt soon.

Yes, when we're not out enjoying the events, contrary to popular belief, we're working.  I'm on here now as not only have I been ill this week but I'm working in the evening.

Edit-thanks Neil, I feel much better now.  Such a shame you missed Tartuffe, it was fantastic and the cast were wonderful both on and off the stage, they said they had lots of fun doing the play in Liverpool.  We're all hoping it might return later with it being such a success.  I hope it does well in London as it really deserves it.

Just a little addition to this thread.  People might be interested to know that Pete Postlewaite's pefromance in King Lear at The Everyman is getting enquiries from all over the world before it's even on sale.  It's going to sell really fast so if anybody wants to see it, I'd get in there as soon as it goes on sale!:)
