Hi there !.... Sorry to intrude on your privacy, but is there anyone "on line" in the belfast area who visits Roselawn Cemetary regularily?? If so, could I ask a very big favour??

Can you write down the details from any headstone containing the name HILLIS and the name TURNER - all from the Belfast area.

I am trying to trace my mums side of the family and cannot get very far as I have no details over the past 10-20 years.

Your help would be of immense value and I would be eternally greatful. There is no hurry - just when you have time.

Kindest regards from the North Coast of the Emerald Isle.

  2. Hi,

if you go to Find a Grave,URL below, you can search the whole Roselawn site. There is a Hill, but not Hillis...

        Ethel J. Hill

        Birth: unknown

        Death: Jan. 23, 1978

        Black bowl with stand reads.

        Hill, Ethel J.23-1-78

        John M. 13-12-63.

        Burial:

        Roselawn Cemetery

        Belfast

        County Antrim, Ireland

        Plot: Section. C No. 170

I couldn't find a Turner. I would go to Find a Grave and look for all cemeteries in Belfast. Failing that go to

        Internment.net

        Good luck.
