The one thing (Ithink) these poker players.. we keep seeing at final tables on TV have ..  Is the ability to read their opponent.. Making lay downs of big hands is so very important. When your beat...Ur beat.

Also when an opponent is trying a bluff on ya.. and you "read" this..

    TELLS  N  BLUFFS.. they read this very well...

I think they have superior skills *because* they play more tournaments.

The more you play, the more experience you have, and the more you can hone all of your skills to raise your game.

There's no true substitute for experience.

As a rule these players simply have more experience, and thusly more skill. They have learned how to get the most out of every hand they play, and how to use betting strategy to their best benefit.

With this experience comes some insight into the other players, their tells, their betting styles, habits, and manner of play. In other words not only do they fully understand how to play the game, they can read the other players pretty well, and play their hands accordingly.
