Re Technika AESTBS7 digital terrestrial receiver.

We are unable to get subtitles using this (they did work but have not done for 3 days) on ANY channels. Please can you help? I have severe sensitive and painful hearing impairment called Hyperacusis and need to use subtitles at all times. Nothing happens when we press the subtitles on/off button.

If you cannot help, please could you advise the correct contact details of TECHNIKA?
