Re-acquiring Downloaded Music Licenses?

Question

About 2 months ago, I needed to have my hard drive cleaned. I begged the tech to try to keep as much of my data, pic and music files as possible. He did keep many of my music files. But, when I tried to open them to listen to my music, I recieved errors saying that I do not own the licenses to the songs? HUH? I bought them, they have records of me buying them why can't I listen to them? How can I re-acquire the music licenses? HELP!

download them again using p2p, dont bother to call them and bla bla bla, just download them again
