I need your kind help.

Im trying to construct a whole document all together about a flight number(s) of a particular plane and year.

Im trying to fine out exactly on a map where is (seat: 10A) on Qantas QF611

I believe they are 737-800 planes ? domestic flight. this was in 2000. Im trying to hint down exact seat i was seating down on the plane.. I give you a hint.. it was the window area with the view.. But i dont recall where abouts..

Can you please come up with a map of that flight number and circle where you believe i was actually seating down.

Plane was from brisbane australia heading to melbourne australia. QF611

the best reply with all that and with a map link circle it where i was seating would be good.

I will give a good feedback rating for the best information given.

Im trying re-construct if it would be posible to seat on the same seat in 2008 on the same flight number QF611 since ill be traveling soon.

take care and thank you

malisa

  1. Sorry dude, they ripped the seats out already.

It's out in the Mojave Desert. I got tired of trying to find it, but here's the picture:

  2. Why don't you email Quanta's giving them your name and as you recalled the flight no. Tell them honestly that you're trying to put a book of "memory lane" where you paste places you have been, the rides you took and etc .. perhaps they will accommodate you.

Since we have no LOPA (Lay-Out Passenger Arrangement), As far as a 738 is concerned if its an all economy flight, then you're on the no. 10th seat "A" usually is near the window. If it has a business or first class it would be  a 3 - 2x2 abreast totaling twelve then economy starts with 4ABC (left) and 4DEF right. I haven't ridden a 737-800 but have worked on it from undergoing D chk and checked the LOPA as seats were refurbished by an outside contract and FAA mandates a contract (non certificated) must comply and be supervised by the QA of that MRO so am quite familiar with the set-up when it was installed at the aircraft for my final inspection.

  3. If you know the aircraft type (737-800), go to www.seatguru.com

They will have the seat configuration for that aircraft type... it should be fairly close to other companies.

You were the 10th row back and if facing the front of the aircraft, you would be on the left side.

  4. Check with Quantas.

  5. Here ill give you a link to a seating chart that qantas used

    http://www.qantas.com.au/infodetail/flyi...

Its About half way towards the front area

  6. Numbering on all aircraft parts follow the convention of:

Front - to - Back, then

Left - to Right,  (As seated in the pilots seat) then

    Top - to - Bottom

Row 10 is the tenth row of passenger seats, Row A is always on the left side of the plane.

So the number 1 engine is always the furthest outboard engine on the left side.
