Re-decorating my bedroom. i need HELP!?

start with painting. if not painting, go with one theme which say "it's all about me"

it would really help if you said what colours your room is but if you are re-decorating you should get some nice curtains, maybe a fuzzy lamp type thing, some sweet looking soft pillows, and a bed comfator that will match your walls.

right now my room is purple and a light blue, I love it!

I have green fuzzy pillows and white comfator with green, blue, and pink poka dots. i have purple curtains and a neat lamp. it had 3 lights and the shades are fuzzy in blue, purlple and green.

What colors do you like? You should chose 2 good colors that you like and look good together. Here are some examples.

pink lime green

Bedding:

You don't have to get a bedspread that ties in all of your colors.  If you found a good solid bedspread that you liked and was one of your colors, then you can get solid sheets, decorative pillows and quilts to go with it.

Also, I don't know if your into it but zebra bedding looks great with bright colored sheets and bright colored pillows.

Window curtains:

You can do alot with your windows. Just make sure its the same colors that match your room. I don't know what kind of windows you have so here are some examples. Also there are some beaded ones and what I did on my window is put the beaded curtains in the middle and regular ones on the outsides.

I'm not sure if you have furniture or not but you can get desks, dressers, nightstands and stuff from pbteen.com, ikea.com (for great prices) and jcpenny and target. But I recommend getting white because you can use it for a long time, it will go together and black/brown is too dark.
