If you was banned from the US for a few (3years +) years and you finished your ban time is it then ok to apply for a any visa with no trouble?

another question

What if you have been offered a job placement in and during your ban time can the employer still go through the process or will it be denied?

  1. If the employer knew you were still under the ban they wouldn't bother with you.

Once your ban is over you can reapply to enter, but I wouldn't say it would be "with no trouble".

  2. You can apply for a visitor's visa after 3 years, but unless things have improved significantly in your life, chances are fair you'd be turned down. The employer can file for you regardless, you just won't be able to get the visa within 3 years, so there really isn't any point for him to file. He'd just be wasting his time and money.
