Re-marrying and sponsoring my husband to be !?

I have been married in the past, and sponsored my ex husband as well. We have gotten divorced, and I am about to re-marry in a year. However, my fiance is not a citizen, and is on a H-1 visa. I was wondering, will the history of me sponsoring my x husband make it more difficult to me to sponsor my fiance when we get married in the future?

It depends on how long you have been divorced and how long in between the two applications.But it will definativly be reviewed when you do apply for your new husband.You might want to consider using a lawyer on this application for this very reason.
