Not the best but the cheapest high end download rate in the outer suburbs { sunbury vic 3429}

Optus dsl/adsl same stuff. 20 gb download on peak and 40 gb download of peak.

costs around $60 to $70 a month.

Had a few problems with optus but still for the price it is not to bad. Telstra is a more reliable internet provider but only offer a 10gb a month download.

There are a few new service providers out there but cant remember there name { didnt bother ringing them up} atm. sorry,

PS. Testra still owns the network lines so if you go though a different net provider it might take longer to install your net connection and any problems you get later on will take some time to get fixed

also ask for ADSL2 depending on where you live. If you can get it. GET IT

There's a small magazine that comes out monthly called NetGuide - at the back of that it compares the most popular ISP's - well worth paying the couple dollars to read this magazine - it's amazing.
