Re-newing my Canadian passport ... help ?

Hi I'm from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Info:

I was born in London Ontario, Canada in 1983

lived there all my childhood

LET'S GET TO THE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS NOW

I have an expired (from ages) Canadian passport

1st Q:

How can I renew it, and what is the procedures? and do I have to go to the embassy? (which is located in Riyadh)

2nd Q:

What do I benifet from holding a Candian passport and Can I have the cizitenship and call myself Canadian ^_^ ?

3rd Q:

^^ Do I get any governmental advantages in health, living or studying like a native Canadian if holding the Canadian passport ?

4th Q:

Is it allowed by the Canadian Law to hold both Saudian & Canadian passport while living in Canada?

    2. If you were born in Canada you have Canadian citizenship

    3. According to Citizenship and Immigration Canada, citizens are:

        * Enjoy the rights guaranteed by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

        * Able to vote in political elections upon reaching the age of 18 (and provided they are not absent from Canada for more than 5 years and intend to resume residency in Canada).

        * Able to run for political office upon reaching the age of 18.

        * Able to obtain a Canadian passport.

        * Able to prevent risk of getting deported from Canada

        * Able to work for the Federal government (where citizenship is usually required/preferred)

        * Allowed to live outside Canada indefinitely while retaining the right to return

        * Able to pass on Canadian citizenship to children born outside Canada.
