Once I have paid off my condo payment do I get possetion of it and rented out to another person?

SOme condos will not allow you to rent out your unit.  They know that tenants will not follow the rules and tenants will not be as respectful of the other occupants.

In my HOA, i have to pay $95 every time i find a new tenant.  Check on the rules before you rent it out to another person.

Otherwise, put up the For Rent sign and buy a lease at the bookstore./

If you own a condo regardless of whether it is paid for or not you should be able to lease it out.  However you do have a condo association with by-laws so you had best check that out as well.  Good Luck.
