Re-size picture?

Question

Im trying to get my picture to 600x450...in gerneral how do i resize my pictures? (picture) sorry for the confusion!

depends what size is now , and resolution, open image in editor and resize down either by pixels to 600 ~, or by % of original,

~if image is smaller and low resolution you mat try increasing size, but pixelation can't improve clarity, only size,

~check camera software if any,
