when do you think they will rearrest casey anthony for murder after more evidence came in today on the hair and blood test that it was indeed caylee in her car? She is one strange woman for murdering her kid. i have 2 children and as much as they drive me crazy, i would never do any harm to them..they r my everything

Orange County will take her back into custody as soon as they have additional charges to file.  Did you catch Leon Padilla today?  He says that he is going to revoke her bail because she hasn't talked to him since his nephew sprung her butt.  I guess he thought she was going to confide ALL of her deep dark secrets to him.  So much for the pillow talk!

It depends on what kind of case the prosecutors have. They're not going to rearrest unless they've got a slam dunk case. Remember, there is no "statute of limitations" for murder, so no ones in a hurry. Better to go slow and know you have everything you need for a successful prosecution.

This could be another "Sybil" movie, or a Psycho movie.  So many lies, stories. They do not even know who the father of Caylee is.  One blogger suggested it was Casey's father the grandfather.  Yikes.   Her parents should not have let her go away with Caylee.  They should have known better due to her mental state.  Per her mother telling a friend that Casey is a sociopath.   So sad for the little girl.  I think an arrest is coming soon, I get the feeling they want to get as much evidence as they can first.

I believe she will be back in before Monday, you knew from day 1 that she had did something to that little girl & to continue going out & enjoying herself as if nothing was wrong. She is one sick *%$*#* !!!!!!

As for her parents (especially her mom) to not really question where her grandchild was until almost a month later.....Hello ? and to admit her daughters car smelled like death to the cops but yet she washes her daughters clothes.......Sounds fishy to me. Way too many lies going on this whole time from everyone.

And why with all the obvious reason sitting right in front of you would a person be stupid enough to bail this girl out.

I hope they she gets life & basic rule in pprison"YOU DON'T KILL KIDS" and people who do & get sent away will pay another way.

well shes about to be sent back to jail anyway cuz that dumba-s-s bailbondsman realized-hmmm she really isnt gonna cooperate-this was probably a mistake taking her out of jail.  He revoking her bail.  I do think however that they will charge her with murder here before too long with or without a body!
