Reaching shirdi from bangalore by train....?

Hi All

Im planning to visit shirdi next week.

Karnataka express is already exausted with waiting lists.

Please let me know the alternate options by train. (also return)

(even break journey would do).

Also i saw that most of the busses are package oriented and nobody is willing for a drop and pickup.

There are two ways to reach Shirdi from Bangalore by Train. One is you can take Bangalore-New Delhi Karnataka Express which runs daily. You can take a ticket Bangalore to Kobargaon (Station for Shirdi - about 10kms). At Kobergaon you get plenty of Share autos to Shirdi. Return also you can take the New Delhi-Bangalore Karnataka Express. From Kobergaon or Manmad to Bangalore.

Second suggestion is You can Take the Udyan Express from Bangalore to Pune. Alight at Pune and take Bus to Shirdi, which is less than four hours by road. Return also by the same route.

Important, you may have to get your Rly. Reservations done well in advance and confirmed. Not even WL or RAC will help.

come to hyd and from here go by ajanta express if possible.

otherwise go by APSRTC buses.

they wont offer any packages.

they just drop u there.

would u like to cometo hyd then there are so many possibilities for u.
