    Rate Law:

    Rate = k [A]^3 [B]^2

    order of reaction is...:

    3 with respect to [A]

    2 with respect to [B]

    5 overall

    rate constant:

    Rate = k [A]^3 [B]^2

    0.000008 = k 0.01]^3 [3]^2

    k = 0.88888

    your answer is: k = 0.9
