I am in Iraq. There is no possible way in which I can install a program such as the ones on remotepc.com or gotomypc.com on the computer I would like to access. I am several thousand miles away. Is there still a way in which this can still be done?

  1. I wish I had some good news for you but because of the issues of safety, your computer at home can't be accessed unless it is specifically setup to be accessed!

If there is someone at home that can enable remote access, or install the local software that is needed for remote control then you will be able to access it, without that, well you are out of luck.  (Otherwise just about anyone would be able to hack your system!)

I like RealVNC for this but even Microsofts Remote Access is good for remote connections. (As long as the home IP is setup to accept the connection!)

  2. no u cant install programs on your computer with a other computer but you can get in to your computer by useing remote assistance from a other computer
